Yeah we all know that music can play a big role while doin´ sports… this are some extracts from my playlist…to listen to them I use the oldskool model of the Ipod Shuffle. It just doesn´t break, it falls on the ground, I am loosing it with a speed of 30 km/h…it still pulls his duty…amazing piece of simple technology…so here we go…

Why I bought this bike?
I wanted to have a bike for the everyday life in the first place, so it had to be a rugged one which does not break in the first moment of jumping, or crossing the streets (the fast way )

It has all the modern extras on it and its easy to keep fast speed on nearly every terraine…

I am happy with it and can say that this is an official top bike for hobby sporters…

For the running part I use Nike Span5 shoes from the Bowerman Series, they are good running shoes. The sensor of my Nike+ wristband fits in there which makes it easy to synchronize my tracks on Nike+
